A comparative study of cultural diversity in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Spain is being undertaken by Octavio Kulesz, a member of the UNESCO Expert Facility. Funding for the study to collect information on the current state of public policy, find relevant indicators, and examine the relationship between digital and cultural institutions and actors, is provided by the Spanish government. The views of artists, cultural industry entrepreneurs, and public sector representatives will be incorporated.
