Cultural diversity

Publications and Studies

In this section you will find publications and studies on various aspects of the diversity of cultural expressions. These documents will help you better grasp cultural diversity issues and understand their many subtleties and details. The suggested texts and references are not limited to those by Québec government authorities and may come from other sources. Among other things, this section includes such items as the essays commissioned by Secrétariat à la diversité culturelle, notably those written by Ivan Bernier, associate professor of law at Université Laval in Québec City. Professor Bernier is an internationally renowned specialist in international business law and its impact on culture policies.
